Allergy / health data consent

I confirm that the allergy and dietary information I provide is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I consent to Meliton Hotel processing this information solely for guest safety, care, and appropriate service during my stay. I understand that buffet meals may contain allergens and that the hotel cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Allergy and special dietary information is processed only for safety and care during the stay. The hotel keeps this information confidential and may disclose it only where required by law or competent authorities. Guests may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent through Reception.

Parent / guardian consent for minors

I confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult for the minors included in this registration. I consent to the processing of their necessary personal data for registration, safety, and care purposes during our stay.

Alcohol, tobacco and nicotine declaration for minors

I acknowledge that, under Greek law, the sale, supply, offering, or availability of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, nicotine products, vaping products, and other age-restricted products to minors is prohibited. As the parent, guardian, or responsible adult, I undertake to supervise the minors under my responsibility and ensure that they do not consume, use, request, or receive such products during their stay.

Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, nicotine products, vaping products and similar age-restricted products must not be supplied, offered or made available to minors. The hotel may refuse service and/or request age verification where required.

Processing of special category data

Allergy and health-related information may be special category personal data. The hotel keeps this information confidential and secure and does not disclose it to third parties without consent, unless required by law or competent authorities.

Guests may request access, correction, update, deletion, transfer, or withdrawal of consent by contacting Reception or the hotel by email.
